The Left, at URI and Everywhere Else, Has No Sense of Humor

As a white-male in pursuing higher education, I can attest to the lack of proportionality in scholarships and awards for those of us who are a bit “WASPy.” Check this FOXNews article out that shows you can’t even joke about it.
This article also shows the unfettered hypocrisy of the left. The liberal left is only for free speech when it fits the template of their agenda. This scholarship parody is uncomfortable for the left because it is based on fact. The obviously left-leaning Student Senate (mirroring the US Senate in worldview and absurdity) did its best to play the role of “thought police.” Fortunately, URI’s president has a lick of common sense, and at least a general grasp of the First Amendment. Sadly, I cannot say the same for the URI Student Senate. Although, they with no common sense or constitutional knowledge, they will have brilliant careers ahead of them as liberal politicians
